We were very happy with the attitude of the staff to assist and the efficiency and timeliness of services. The quotation was prompt and all the facilities and available options for the conference were explained clearly. The communications sent through were thorough and meant I had to spend a lot less time asking questions. (During the conference) there was a good variety of foods and everything was of a high standard. We had a delegate attend last minute and the staff were excellent in ensuring we then had gluten free options as requested at that point.
I would consider holding a conference with (the Watermark) again. I was pleasantly surprised at the value for money we received compared to other conferences in Brisbane in the past.

Thoroughly enjoyable 2 days. Entire experience was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lunch was great and our gluten free options were well received. We would absolutely hold another conference here.
