Beginning with fresh rose for mum, enjoy a complimentary selected beverage for all guests upon arrival, before setting off into the afternoon filled with flowing refreshments, energetic conversation and joyous laughter. Enjoy a modern Australian gastromic journey through four courses especially prepared by Executive Chef Scott Roebig to highlight the best of fresh
locally available produce infused with international style and culture.

Entree
Roasted Beef Tender Loin and king prawns on an Asian style salad finished with Nam Jim.

Refresher
Shooter of Gold Flake and Lychee sorbet.

Main
Slow cooked corn fed chicken breast with a brie centre, wrapped in a filo pastry and drizzled with a garlic cream sauce.

Grilled Atlantic Salmon on a bed of buttered asparagus, snow peas and topped with warm vine tomatoes.

Dessert
A blue berry infused sweet cream cheese layered between raspberry and chocolate brioche
