Brisbane’s newest dining and bar venue has just opened at
the Watermark Hotel Brisbane. Ideally located in the hub of Spring Hill and overlooking the spectacular Roma Street Parklands, the 551 Restaurant & Bar can be found on level 1
of the Watermark Hotel at 551 Wickham Terrace.

Beyond the 551 bar the new restaurant awaits. The décor is infused with subtle charcoal and silver colour tones highlighted with intimate lighting that creates a relaxing ambience.

Crisp fresh linen adorns tables dressed with gleaming cutlery
and new table-wear inclusive of elegant wine glasses.
Seatingis arranged in an eclectic palette of mocha and
chocolate colours that are as attractive as they are comfortable.

The new dinner menu features a generous menu selection of
modern Australian dishes including primary ingredients of
oyster, scallop, fish, mushroom, duck, lamb, pork, beef and veal.
Dessert is simply irrestible with offerings of souffle, tartlets
and puddings to mention a few.

551 Dining times

Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 9.30am Monday to Friday
and from 7am to 10am on the weekend.
Continental buffet is $16 per adult with additional a la Carte hot selections $7.

Lunch is served daily from 12 noon and includes a selection of light meal options.

Dinner is served from 5pm nightly.

In room dining is available from 7am to 10pm daily.
