551 Restaurant & Bar

Brisbane’s newest dining and bar venue has recently opened at the Watermark Hotel Brisbane. Ideally located in the hub of Spring Hill and overlooking the spectacular Roma Street Parklands, the 551 Restaurant & Bar can be found on level 1 of the Watermark Hotel at 551 Wickham Terrace.

Beyond the 551 bar the new restaurant awaits. The décor is infused with subtle charcoal and silver colour tones highlighted with intimate lighting that creates a relaxing ambience.

The A la Carte Dinner menu features a generous menu selection of modern Australian dishes. The menu is seasonal using local products wherever possible.

551 Dining times

Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 9.30am Monday to
Friday and from 7am to 10am on the weekend.

Lunch
Served daily* from 12 noon and includes a selection of light meal options.

Dinner
Served from 5pm 7 days a week.

In room dining
Available from 7am to 10pm daily*.

(*551 Restaurant & Bar and in room dining is closed for Sunday lunch ).
